Online Therapy for Women Navigating People-Pleasing and Relationship Distress in Louisiana, Texas, and Washington
Trauma-informed, attachment-oriented therapy for people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, struggle love, boundaries, and relational grief
I help women who feel emotionally exhausted from chronic over-giving and self-abandonment develop internal safety, clearer boundaries, and a grounded sense of Self so that they can experience healthier, more fulfilling relationships.
Who I Commonly Work With
The women I work with are typically high-functioning adults who appear capable on the outside but feel depleted internally. Their anxiety, depression, or relationship distress is often rooted in long-standing patterns of prioritizing others’ needs at the expense of their own.
Services I Offer
I’m a Baton Rouge-based trauma-informed therapist offering online therapy for adult women navigating relationship distress, attachment wounds, people-pleasing, emotional exhaustion, and self-abandonment. This work often involves relational discernment and clarity rather than pressure to make decisions or take action.

If non-romantic relationships with others are your primary concern, start here → People-Pleasing & Boundary Work.
When This Work Is a Good Fit
This depth-oriented work is best suited for clients who are emotionally stable enough for outpatient therapy and are open to reflective, exploratory work focused on understanding the primary underlying influences on their thoughts and behavior. This approach tends to work best when clients can commit toconsistent, longer-term work rather than focusing on skills-based strategies.
My work is primarily relational and attachment-oriented. I integrate tools from ACT, DBT, and CBT when they support deeper insight and change, rather than using them as stand-alone treatments.
Clients often come to understand why certain patterns persist and begin relating to themselves and others with more clarity and choice.
When This Work May Not Be the Best Fit
This work is not a good fit if you’re seeking crisis-level support, immediate stabilization, highly structured or manualized treatment, or therapy focused primarily on symptom reduction without exploring underlying relational patterns.
This work is not a good fit for substance dependence, active eating disorders, or unmanaged psychosis.
